We added some homemade yogurt and then folded it and are ready to eat. You can put more yummy sauces on top, too, if you like.

Purple Alert April 2013

We have a wonderful shop in Coupeville open every day. The farm is closed until the lavender starts looking good, we'll open the farm. Shop address is 15 Coveland St. Hours are 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Daily except Sunday they are 10:00 am to 6:00 pm

A Hint of Spring coming soon....

The farm is now closed to visitors until sometime in Late May or Early June, depending on Mother Nature's willingness to let lavender bloom.
