A little about the people here

During the summer there is a staff of about 9 people who work the fields, make products, take care of the nursery pots, and staff the shop. It's a working farm, so there is always weeding to do, even in the winter.

Sarah Richards owns the farm. It's been Sarah's dream and passion since she moved to Whidbey Island. She is the only year around full time worker at the farm.

Rick Blank graces the farm when he's not working at Deception Pass State Park. Visitors love the stories he tells about the farm and this area. They also love admiring his firewood stacks
