Take a Bite out of Coupeville

Take a Bite out of Coupeville with the Bulldog

Thanks to Mark Laska of Ciao, you can have a fabulous New Year’s Eve right here in Coupeville. The entire village has come together to throw the greatest New Year’s party in the state! This December 31, come “Celebrate Culinary Coupeville,” dance the night away, and discover why this quaint historic village has become one of Washington’s premiere dining destinations.

Take a Bite out of Coupeville

Help us launch the first annual “Take a Bite of Coupeville.”  Ticket holders are entitled to specials and discounts at the following restaurants: Brett’s Bread, Captain Whidbey Inn, Ciao, Coupeville Bistro, The Cove Thai Restaurant, Lavender Wind Farm, Mosquito Fleet Restaurant, Vail Wine Shop and Toby’s Tavern.

At 8:30 p.m. the party gets rolling in the newly-renovated historic Coupeville Rec Hall with Seattle’s hottest Reggae/Afro/Pop group, African Knights .  At 10:00 p.m. rock in the New Year with Coupeville’s own John “Bulldog” Tristao, lead singer of Creedence Clearwater Revisited.

A portion of proceeds from this historic happening will benefit The Coupeville Boys and Girls Club, and are tax-deductible.  Ticket availability is extremely limited, so act today. Tickets can be purchased for $40 in person or by telephone at Ciao Restaurant, Toby’s Tavern, and through The Coupeville Chamber of Commerce located in the Visitor’s Center.

For those travelling to Whidbey Island for the event, or anyone who’d prefer not to drive, the Coupeville Lodging Association is also participating.   Book your room today at www.coupevillelodging.com, and choose an overnight stay from one of nineteen different bed and breakfasts, inns, cottages and cabins. A portion of proceeds from overnight stays will be donated to The Coupeville Boys and Girls Club.
